Heather Witt is the founder and CEO of The Retreat Wellness + Aesthetics. As a board-certified Physician Assistant and advanced aesthetic injector, she brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. Heather holds a master’s degree from the Western University of Health Sciences.
Heather firmly believes in the concept of beautiful and natural aesthetic treatments, which serves as the foundation of her practice. She is committed to customizing comprehensive treatment plans for each patient, aiming to enhance/elevate their natural beauty, rejuvenate their appearance, and support graceful aging. With 14 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Heather has continuously sought opportunities for growth and improvement. She has attended numerous industry conferences and training sessions to refine her injection techniques.
Heather values the importance of patient education and ensures ample time is dedicated to discussing all aspects of their aesthetic journey. She understands that beauty is a marathon, not a sprint, and takes pride in guiding her patients through their individualized treatment plans. Outside of her professional endeavors, Heather enjoys fitness, traveling, brunching, and cherishing quality time with her adorable 3 year-old daughter, Olivia.
Valerie DoRamos is a Digital Marketing Specialist with over eight years of experience in digital marketing, including four years in the med spa industry. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and brings a strong background in building brand identities, growing engaged audiences, and creating content that genuinely connects with viewers.
At The Retreat, Valerie helps bring the brand to life through thoughtful storytelling, strategic marketing, and an eye for what makes people feel connected to the practice before they ever walk through the door. Her experience in both communications and aesthetics allows her to highlight the heart behind the brand while keeping the patient experience at the center.
Outside of work, Valerie loves spending quality time with her son, JT, and fiancé, Ray. Together, they enjoy going to the park, getting boba, and trying amazing food. She also takes heels dance classes as a creative way to express herself and stay connected to movement, confidence, and fun.
Britney is a dedicated Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Injector with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Western University of Health Sciences, a shared alma mater with our founder, Heather, and brings a well-rounded clinical perspective to her work in aesthetics.
When she’s not enhancing natural beauty in the treatment room, Britney stays sharp working in the fast-paced environment of the emergency department. Her calm, confident demeanor and clinical expertise ensure every patient experience is safe, personalized, and comfortable.
Outside of work, Britney loves traveling, exploring new restaurants, and finding the perfect brunch spot. At home, she enjoys cooking up cozy dinners paired with a good glass of wine.
Madeleine is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She started college at Brigham Young University at the age of 16, and went on to receive her master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from South College in Atlanta, Georgia. Specializing in functional medicine, she is eager to help patients optimize their health by addressing the root causes of illness rather than just managing symptoms.
Madeleine integrates evidence-based medical practices with holistic methods to develop customized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. By utilizing advanced diagnostics, crafting personalized treatment plans, and emphasizing nutrition and lifestyle changes, she works to help patients restore their energy and achieve lasting well-being.
In her free time, Madeleine enjoys running along the beach, spending time with her sisters, and watching cooking shows.
Marissa is a dedicated Medical Assistant at The Retreat Wellness + Aesthetics who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their wellness journey. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Community Health from California State University, Long Beach, and has over three years of hands-on patient care experience.
Outside of the clinic, Marissa is pursuing her dream of becoming a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, continuing to expand her knowledge and passion for healthcare. Her dedication to learning reflects her commitment to providing the highest level of care to every patient she meets. When she's not at work or studying, you'll likely find Marissa hanging out with her family and friends. She loves making new memories and tries to embrace the little moments that bring happiness.
